Civicare is a platform providing AI-powered story development tools for writers, artists, and creators — including pitch deck generation, idea development, script editing, musician preparation reports, and label documents (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at the following rates:

Writer's Room	$25/mo	$250/yr	Everything in Solo, plus up to 10 projects, priority processing, full document suite (all 14 doc types), and poster generation.
Production Co.	$75/mo	$750/yr	Everything in Writer's Room, plus unlimited projects, team seats (up to 3), script watermarking, NDAs, and label portal with tracking.
Studio	$150/mo	$1,500/yr	Everything in Production Co., plus unlimited team seats, white-label label portal, priority support, and early access to all new features.

All prices are in USD. Annual plans are billed as a single charge at the start of the billing year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

The Solo plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly or annual rate. The free trial is available once per account and is not available on annual billing.

Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial monthly periods already paid.

Annual plans: You may cancel an annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation of an annual plan, you are entitled to a prorated refund for any complete unused months remaining in your billing year, calculated from the date of cancellation. Partial months are not refunded. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Conditions apply — contact us to initiate a cancellation and refund.

Any script, story, character, or creative material you upload to Civicare remains entirely your own. We claim no rights whatsoever to your creative work. Your content is processed by AI solely to generate outputs for your use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any material you submit.

Decks, reports, scripts, and all other outputs generated by the Service are tools to assist your creative process. They are not professional legal, financial, or industry advice. Results may vary based on the content you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated output before use or distribution.

You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you do not have rights to use. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service. Abuse of the platform or violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Scripts you upload are processed to generate your outputs and stored in association with your account. We do not sell, share, or license your personal data or your creative content. AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude API, subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Image generation uses the FAL AI API, subject to FAL's privacy policy.

The Service is provided "as is." Civicare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Either party may terminate access at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
